This is Dan's 7th guitar, completed in March of 2009, and since that time Koentopp Guitars has been gaining considerable momentum. Koentopp Guitars are now played by Andy Brown and Roddy Ellias, and have recently been the subject of a video documentary. Dan has written numerous articles about guitarbuilding and has even been a guest speaker at a midwestern university for music/business students.
