This all original Vega C-66 is labeled with the gold Boston label and carries the serial #38927.

This guitar is in very nice origal condition with no cracks, splits or overspray. The guitar shows checking and finish wear consistant with it's  vintage. Body size at lower bout: 17" Scale length: 25" Nut Width: 1 10/16"

This pre-war Vega features a handcarved bookmatched solid spruce top, highly figured solid flamed maple back and sides, solid mahogany neck and an ebony fretboard with diomond inlays.

100% original Vega hardware includes engraved nickel 'Adjustone' art-deco adjustable trapeze tailpiece, adjustable compensated 'Acoustic-Balanced' bridge, open-back nickel Grover Stat-Tite tuners, original bound tortoise pickguard. Comes with non origial hardshell case.

This guitar plays effortlessly over an older refret. The neck is straight with just a hint of relief. The action on the low E is 3/32nd's and the high E measures 2/32nd's.
